When we work together and help each other, we can do more. Integrating charitable partners within Kindred Foundation allows for lower shared overhead and admin costs, while providing a unique and sustainable organizational structure. It allows multiple groups to work together efficiently and effectively to tackle common issues.
We are honoured to partner with the following Committees:
Founded in 2016 in memory of Phoebe Rose Doull-Hoffman, the Phoebe Rose Rocks Foundation raises awareness and funds for childhood cancer research and in support of families travelling for treatment. The Phoebe Rose Rocks Committee works to foster positive change within the childhood cancer community. Their mission is to support travel for families seeking treatment and to raise childhood cancer research funds with a focus on hard-to-treat and cure childhood cancers.
Founded in 2021 in memory of Eli Martins, Eli's Childhood Cancer Foundation's mission is to help families battling childhood cancer and fund research for more treatment options focusing on rhabdomyosarcoma.
Hunter’s Committee is dedicated to making a difference for children diagnosed with cancer, with a focus on neuroblastoma. Kindred Foundation is privileged to help honour Hunter’s memory to help make a difference in the world of pediatric oncology.
Andrew and Christopher's Committee strives to support youth physical activity that is integral to healthy development in children and youth for both physical and mental health.
Team Finn is named in honour of Finn Sullivan, a boy who lived to love and loved to Run, Jump, Bounce, Dance, Sing, Smile, Love, and Ride every moment he was given. His legacy continues through Team Finn’s mission to fund research and support families affected by childhood cancer.
In honour and memory of Alex Bernard-Bell, Team Syren supports research in the area of rare pediatric and young adult low-grade glioma brain tumours, with a focus on DLGNT. Learn about the 2025 Translational Research Grants in Brain cancer.
Join the run on Saturday, July 19, 2025 in Tillsonburg, Ontario. As of 2025, TRWTB has partnered with Kindred Foundation, and funds raised will go towards the U-Link Patient and Family Fund that helps families with costs when they have to travel to access care for children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer.
